Jimmy is a speaker, trainer, and executive leadership coach. He challenges businesses, schools, sports teams, and non-profits to maximize their potential and make a difference. His extensive experience as an operator of for-profit and non-profit organizations and as a business consultant gives him unique insight into how to create healthy, high-performing, positive energy teams and organizations.

Jimmy is an author of several books including One Word That Will Change Your Life, WisdomWalks, Life Word, True Competitor, and Called to Greatness. He has been featured on CBS News, Fox NY and in numerous magazines, newspapers, and radio shows.

He is the Co-Founder of Believe Big, Inc. He and his wife Ivelisse started this innovative cancer foundation following her victory over cancer. Believe Big brings together the conventional and complimentary medical communities to help patients find their pathway to healing. They have initiated and are currently leading a clinical trial in partnership with Johns Hopkins Hospital.

Jimmy is currently an Executive Director – West Division – for the Fellowship of Christian Athletes. He’s a certified Nike Sports Performance Coach and promotes principles that lead to abundant health and life. As a lifelong athlete, Jimmy still coaches, cycles, and competes in Spartan races. Jimmy, his wife and four amazing kids reside in Colorado.
